Receta Bund Gobi Aur Narial (Cabbage With Coconut)

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 2 x Bay Leaves
- 3/4 tsp Whole cummin seeds
- 2 x Green chillies, minced
- 700 gm Cabbage, shredded
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/3 tsp Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Dessicated coconut
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cummin
Direcciones
- 1. Heat the oil in a karahi(wok) over medium heat and add in the bay leaves, cumin seeds and the green chillies and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
- 2. Add in the cabbage, salt and sugar and mix. Cover, lower the heat to medium and cook for about 15 min till half donw.
- 3. Add in the coconut and grnd cumin and fry, stirring constantly for 10-15 min till all the moisture has evaporated.
