Receta Caribbean Pork With Pineapple

Ingredientes
- 1 can DEL MONTE Pineapple Tidbits
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 x carrots, cut in julienne strips
- 1 x small onion, minced
- 8 x fast fry boneless pork loin chops
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. soya sauce
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp grnd ginger
- 1 1/2 c. Minute Rice
- 1 x green pepper, cut in julienne strips
Direcciones
- STIR-FRY carrots and onion in oil in a large fry pan till tender crisp.
- SPRINKLE chops with paprika on both sides; push vegetables to one side of pan and brown chops.
- DRAIN pineapple; reserving juice. Add in water to juice to make 1 1/2 c. and add in to pan. Stir in pineapple chunks, sugar, soya sauce, vinegar and ginger. Bring to a full boil; stir in rice and green pepper. Remove from heat and cover. Let stand 5 min.
