- 1 c. WATER
- 1 1/8 lb BUTTER PRINT SURE
- 1 ounce Lowfat milk, DRY NON-FAT L HEAT
- 3 1/2 lb SUGAR, Pwdr 2 LB
- 2 lb SUGAR, BROWN, 2 LB

- 1. Heat BUTTER Or possibly MARGARINE. Add in BROWN SUGAR; MIX THOROUGHLY. COOK OVER LOW HEAT 2 Min; STIR CONSTANTLY.
- 2. COMBINE Lowfat milk AND WATER. Add in TO BUTTER Mix. BRING Mix TO A BOIL; STIR CONSTANTLY. REMOVE FROM HEAT.
- 3. POUR INTO MIXER BOWL; Cold 10 Min.
- 4. Add in POWDERED SUGAR GRADUALLY WHILE MIXING AT LOW SPEED. MIX 2 Min AT MEDIUM SPEED Till SMOOTH.
- 5. SPREAD IMMEDIATELY ON Cold CAKES.
