Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Veg. oil
- 2 c. Grated carrots
- 1 c. Minced nuts
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Soda
- 1 c. White sugar
- 1 c. Dark brown sugar
- 2 c. Self rising flour
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 pch Salt
- 1 pkt (8 ounce) cream cheese
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 stk melted butter
- 1 c. Minced nuts
- 1 pkt Powdered sugar
Direcciones
- Cream oil and sugar. Add in Large eggs one at a time. Add in carrots, flour, salt, cinnamon and soda. Mix in nuts. Bake at 30-35 minutes. in 2 X 9 layers.
- ICING: Mix till smooth. Spread on cold cake.
