- 1 tsp BAKING Pwdr

- 1 stk MELTED MARGARINE
- 1/4 tsp NUTMEG
- 1/2 tsp CINNAMON
- 1/4 c. MATZO MEAL
- 1/2 c. PECANS Or possibly WALNUTS, Minced
- 2 Tbsp. MELTED MARGARINE
- 1/4 tsp CINNAMON
- 2 Tbsp. BROWN SUGAR

- CHOP & BOIL CARROTS FOR 15-30 MINS., DRAIN. IN FOOD PROCESSOR, DO CARROTS FIRST, THEN Add in Large eggs Till THICK & SMOOTH. IN SEPARATE BOWL, MIX SUGARS, CAKE MEAL, BAKING Pwdr,VANILLA,MARG.,& SPICES, MIX WELL,Add in TO CARROT Mix, POUR INTO 8X8 INCH GREASED PAN, SPRINKLE TOPPING OVER CASSEROLE, & BAKE @ 350 UNCOVERED FOR 1 HOUR.
