Ingredientes
- 4 Tbsp. Butter
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Grated cheese
- 3 x Large eggs, separated
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh Cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Grated onion
- 1/2 c. Mashed, cooked carrots
Direcciones
- Make white sauce from butter, flour & lowfat milk. Add in seasonings, onion, cheese, carrots & well beaten egg yolks. Cold & mix in stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Bake in buttered baking dish at 325 till hard in center & brown on top, about30 min.
