Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 lrg Onion, chopped
- 2 clv garlic, chopped
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 3 c. Water
- 1 1/3 c. Tomato, crushed
- 1 x Green pepper, diced
- 1/2 tsp Celery seed
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Cumin pwdr
- 1 sm Bay leaf
- 2 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 1/8 tsp Basil
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onions, garlic, green pepper in butter. Add in grnd beef and cook until meat is brown; drain. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered for 3 hours.
