Receta Cheddar Dill Biscuits

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Buttermilk
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/3 c. Snipped fresh dill
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 c. Yellow cornmeal
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 10 Tbsp. Chilled butter, cut into pcs
- 1 3/4 c. Grated cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Beat buttermilk, Large eggs and dill in a medium bowl. Combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking pwdr, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
- Cut butter into dry ingredients till crumbly. Add in egg mix and cheese. Stir to mix well. Knead dough till it holds together. Pat dough to 1 inch thickness. Cut with biscuit cutter. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees till done, about 25 min.
- Yield: 12 biscuits.
