- 1 x 8 oz package of low fat cream cheese
- 1 pkt of dry beef------I used the refrigerator 29 cent package of beef
- 1 x or possibly 2 slices of onion
- 1 c. of crushed pineapple with juice.

- Fold in the food processor. I cooked the cheese in the microwave just to thicken it up a little and which worked. There are so many things which you could do for cheese balls.

- 1 (8-oz)
- package of low-fat cream cheese1 c. shredded cheddar cheese-or possibly any cheese which you like 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1 Tbsp. of finely minced green pepper 1 Tbsp. of finely minced onion
- Mix all together and roll in minced nuts. If desired this recipe, I changed it a little and added the nuts to the mix and then stuffed celery with it. Nice change.
- Holiday Cheese Ball
- 1 lb velveeta - softened8 ozs cream cheese - softened1/2 c onion - finely chopped1/2 c celery - finely chopped1/8 tsp garlic salt1/2 c` mayonnaise2 tbsps mustardStir all together, shape in a ball, Roll in nuts and parsley. Chill.
- Freezes well.
- Chunky Cheese Ball16 ozs Creme cheese - softened1 tbsp A-1" Steak Sauce - 1/21/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp curry powder2 (5 ounce.)
- cans white meat chicken - drained1/4 cp onion - finely minced1 clove garlic - finely minced1/4 cp parsley - finely chopped1/4 cp pecans - choppedw an electric mixer, beat together 1 st. 4 ingreds. Blend in next 3 ingreds.
- & 1 tbsp. parsley. Shape mix. into a log /ball on waxed paper, wrap & refrigerateovernite. before serving ,roll in parsley & pecans till covered.
- makes about 3 cps.
