Receta Cheese Steak Sandwiches

Ingredientes
- 4 ounce cheddar or possibly Edam cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter softened
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dsh cayenne pepper
- 4 slc Atkins bread lightly toasted
- 1 lb deli roast beef slices (not too thinly sliced)
Direcciones
- Heat broiler. In a food processor, process cheese, butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and cayenne till smooth.
- Spread cheese mix on bread slices. Arrange beef slices over cheese, leaving a thin cheese border. Arrange on broiler pan; broil 2 min till cheese bubbles and browns.
- This recipe yields 2 servings.
- Comments: With deli roast beef, this is a 10 minute dinner. To make an authentic Philly cheese steak sandwich, add in 1/4 of a sliced, fried onion to each sandwich (but dont forget to add in the carbs!)
