Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1/3 c. Pineapple juice, from above
- 2/3 c. Powdered lowfat milk
- 3 pkt Sweetener
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
- 2 env gelatin, Knox
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/2 c. Boiling water
Direcciones
- In blender, blend pineapple, gelatin, water, and 1/3 c. reserved pineapple juice for 2 min on high speed. Add in dry lowfat milk, vanilla, and lemon juice.
- Blend for 2 more min on high. Pour into a 9 inch pie plate. Chill till set, 2 to 3 hrs.
- Makes 6 servings.
