- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1/4 c. Dry bread crumbs
- 1 x Egg
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350F degrees. In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Blend well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place in a 15 x 10 inch shallow baking pan.
- Bake about 15 min. Serve warm on toothpicks.
