- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 pkt (16 ounce) frzn bite-size seasoned potatoes
- 1 jar , (8 ounce) Cheez Whiz process cheese sauce
- 1 c. Salsa

- I made this tonight and it was good. I used a little too spicy salsa, but you can add in whatever is best for you.
- This recipe caught my attentionbecause I thought my kids would like this, and they did!
- Brown meat; drain. Mix meat and remaining ingredients. Spoon into 13X9-inch baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 min.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
- Variations: Substitute 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pcs, for grnd beef. (I used hamburger meat)
