  1. Chop onion in wedges. Saute/fry and set aside. Cut chicken into strips and saute/fry till cooked. Add in wine, sugar, salt, lemon juice, onions and pepper. Simmer 10 min on low heat.
  2. In small saucepan, heat stick of butter. Add in flour till thickened. Cut mushrooms in half and add in to chicken along with butter and flour mix. Stir and simmer 15 min. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
