Receta Chicken Almondine Entree

Ingredientes
- 3 3/4 ounce Skinless boneless chicken breast
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce, low sodium
- 1 Tbsp. Flour, all-purpose
- 3 Tbsp. Almond slivers
- 1 pch Ginger
- 1 sm Garlic clove
- 4 Tbsp. Rice
- 1/4 c. Green peas, frzn
- 1/2 slc Pineapple rings in juice
Direcciones
- Cut chicken into bite size chunks and marinate in mix of soy sauce, a healthy pinch of ginger and 1 small chopped garlic clove in a bowl for 30 minutes.
- in a second bowl, combine flour, crushed almonds, and salt and pepper.
- roll marinated chicken chunks in the flour mix till chicken is fully coated.
- spray skillet with oil and heat over medium high heat.
- add in chicken and quickly brown on all sides. turn heat down to med- low.
- cover skillet and cook, stirring freq. for 10-12 minutes. till done.
- NOTES : garlic should be chopped.
