  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In 2-qt saucepan, heat butter over medium heat. Remove from heat. Stir in flour till smooth. Gradually stir in lowfat milk, cream, and wine, 1/8 tsp. nutmeg, salt and pepper. Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat 3-4 min or possibly till thickened, stir in Swiss cheese. Stirring constantly, cook over low heat about 1 minute or possibly just till melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
  2. In bowl, stir together 1 c. sauce, spinach, chicken, cottage cheese, egg, 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese and remaining nutmeg till blended. Spread about 1/2 c. chicken mix on each of 8 lasagna noodles. Roll up jelly roll fashion. Cut each in half crosswise.
  3. Spread 1 c. sauce in bottom of 7x11 inch pan. Place rolls, ruffled side up, on top of sauce. Top with remaining sauce, sprinkle with rest of Parmesan cheese. Bake 15 min or possibly till heated.
