Receta Chicken Cordon Bleu Lasagna

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 lb lasagna noodles
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 8 ounce shredded ham parsley
- 1 1/8 c. butter
- 11 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 2 1/4 c. half and half
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
Direcciones
- Cook chicken in pan or possibly Dutch oven with 1/2 c. broth and small amount of water. Cold and cut into bite size pcs. Save broth.
- Cook lasagna noodles with salt and oil. Drain and spread on waxed paper.
- Heat butter, add in flour, cook and stir slowly; add in lowfat milk, half and half, and broth. Cook till boiling, stirring constantly. Add in cheese and parsley.
- Grease a 9x13" pan. Spread a little sauce on bottom of pan and layer noodles (about 6), sauce, chicken, and ham. Repeat 3 times ending with sauce. Bake at 350 F. for 30 min uncovered.
