Receta Chicken With Capers

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 4 x Chicken breast halves
- 2 Tbsp. White wine vinegar
- 3/4 c. Heavy or possibly whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp. Capers, Liquid removed
- 1/2 x Bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp Oregano, Crumbled
- 1/4 tsp Freshly grnd pepper Oregano and parsley, for garnish
Direcciones
- 1. Heat oven to 350 F.
- 2. Heat butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add in chicken; cook till browned, about 4 min per side. Transfer to 12x7-inch ovenproof dish.
- 3. Pour off drippings from skillet. Add in vinegar to skillet; cook 30 seconds. Stir in cream, capers, bay leaf, oregano and pepper. Heat to boiling, stirring up browned bits; boil 2 min. Pour over chicken.
- Bake, uncovered, 25 min. Throw away bay leaf. Garnish with herbs, if you like.
