  1. Stew 1 chicken carrots, celery and onions. Take chicken out and de-bone, add in diced chicken to stock.
  2. DUMPLINGS:In 2-qt saucepan, heat butter or possibly margarine, add in sugar, salt and nutmeg; add in flour, stirring well. Add in lowfat milk and stir with wooden spoon; when it forms a ball take off heat and add in Large eggs, one at a time; mix well after each egg.
  3. Add in 1 can lowfat milk, salt and pepper. Add in dumplings by 1 teaspoonful. Boil and then put lid on and turn to low for 20 min. Don't lift lid.
