Receta Chinese Oven Fried Pork Chops

Ingredientes
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1/8 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 4 tbsp. dry, fine bread crumbs or possibly crushed corn flakes
- 4 lean pork chops
Direcciones
- Beat egg, soy sauce, water and spices together in pie plate. Sprinkle bread crumbs or possibly corn flakes on sheet of wax paper. Dip chops into egg mix, then press into crumbs, coating proportionately on both sides.
- Place in single layer in greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Turn and bake 20 min longer or possibly till done.
