Receta Chipotle Pico De Gallo

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp chopped canned chipotle chilies in Adobo sauce
- 4 clv garlic, chopped
- 2 c. minced seed tomatoes
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. minced fresh cilantro
Direcciones
- Combine fresh lime juice, chipotle chilies and chopped garlic in large bowl. Add in minced tomatoes, onion and fresh cilantro. Season to taste with salt. Let Pico de Gallo stand 1 hour at room temperature to allow flavors to develop.
- Makes about 3 c..
- This is great with fajitas or possibly as a dip for chips.
