Receta Choc Zucchini Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Deep Choc. Cake Mix
- 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 3 lrg Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Crisco Oil
- 1 1/4 c. Water
- 1 c. Zucchini, shredded,unpared
- 6 ounce Cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. Butter, or possibly marg., softened
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 c. Confectioners' sugar
- 1 tsp Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Nuts, minced

- Note: Recipe calls for a Duncan Hines Deluxe Deep Choc. Cake Mix.
- Preheat oven to 350 deg. Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan. Combine dry cake mix and cinnamon in large mixer bowl. Add in Large eggs; oil and water; blend, then beat 2 min at med. speed; mix in zucchini.
- Turn batter into pan and spread proportionately. Bake at 350 deg. for 50 to 60 mins. or possibly till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold in pan on rack for 25 mins. Remove from pan; cold completely on rack.
- For frosting*, beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla in bowl. Add in confect. sugar and lowfat milk; mix till creamy. Add in confect. sugar to thicken or possibly lowfat milk to thin as needed. Spread on COOLED cake. Sprinkle with nuts. Chill till ready to serve.**Or possibly in med. size bowl, mix 4 ounce. softened cream cheese and 2 tsp. lemon juice with 1 Can Vanilla Frosting till well blended.Judy Garnett. Duncan Hines.
