Receta Golden Crust Zucchini Cake

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Sifted all-purpose flour
- 3 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Vegetable oil
- 3 c. Zucchini, cut into 1" cubes
- 1 c. Walnuts or possibly pecans, whole
Direcciones
- Sift dry ingredients into large mixer bowl. Put Large eggs, oil and zucchini into blender container, cover and process at Grind 3 cycles or possibly till finely minced. Add in to dry ingredients. Mix @ #5 till well mixed. Stir in nuts.
- Pour into well greased fluted tube pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven till done, about 1 hour. Let cold 10 min; remove from pan and cold on wire rack.
