Ingredientes
- 250 gm cream cheese
- 1 x Large eggs
- 1 Tbsp. sugar (caster)
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 200 gm chocolate bits
- 3 c. flour, plain
- 1/2 c. cocoa pwdr
- 2 c. sugar (caster)
- 1 Tbsp. bicarb of soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar, white
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
Direcciones
- Mix 1:Combine the cream cheese, egg, sugar, and salt and mix by hand. Then stir in the chocolate bits and set this mix side.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix 2:Sift the flour, cocoa, sugar, soda, and salt together. Add in the water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla, beating well. At first it will appear to be unmixable but just keep beating.
- Use muffin tins and fill 1/2 to 3/4 full with mix 2 (flour and cocoa). Use small paper liners. Then drop one Tbsp. of the cheese mix on top of each one. Bake for about 20 min.
- These freeze successfully.
- Serve with afternoon tea.
