Ingredientes
- 1 x 113 g, (4oz) carton cream cheese
- 50 gm Caster sugar, (2oz)
- 75 gm De-luxe plain chocolate, melted (3oz)
- 25 gm Minced, mixed nuts (1oz)
- 250 ml Double cream, slightly whipped (8 fl ounce)
- 1 x Sweet pastry case Chocolate leaves
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, cream together the cream cheese and sugar.
- Stir in the melted chocolate and mixed nuts and mix in 3/4 of the cream.
- Spoon the chocolate and nut mix into the pastry case.
- Whip the remaining cream till thick sufficient to pipe and use to decorate the flan along with the chocolate leaves.
- NOTES : A delicious quick desert for chocolate fans!
