Receta Chocolate Cocoa Fudge

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. Cocoa Pwdr
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 c. Pecans/Walnuts, Minced

- In a medium saucepan, mix the lowfat milk, sugar, cocoa, and corn syrup. Cook over high heat for 4 to 5 min, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and continue stirring till mix forms a hard ball when dropped in a cool c. of water (about 236 degrees F) Set aside, let cold and add in butter to mix, but DON'Tablespoons STIR.
- After butter melts and mix cools, stir in vanilla. Beat well till fudge hardens. Stir in pecans. Spread into a greased 9-inch pie pan. Let cold 10 min.
