Receta Cinnamon Sugar Butter Cookies

Ingredientes
- Topping:
- 3 Tbsp. white sugar
- 1 x bsp grnd cinnamon Cookies:
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 c. dark brown sugar packed
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 c. salted butter softened
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 300 F.
- In a small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon for topping. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl combine flour, soda and salt. Mix well with a wire whisk and set aside.
- In a large bowl blend sugars with an electric mixer set at medium speed. Add in the butter, and mix to forma grainy paste. Scrape sides of bowl, then add in the Large eggs and vanilla extract. Mix at medium speed till light and fluffy.
- Add in the flour mix and blend at low speed just till combined. Don't over mix. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll each ball in cinnamon-sugar topping.
- Pace onto ungreased cookie sheets, 2 inches apart. Bake for 18-20 min. Immediately transfer cookies with a spatula to a cold, flat surface.
- Yield: 3 dozen
