Receta Citrus Hazelnut Vinaigrette

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. fresh orange juice
- 1 x shallot peeled, chopped
- 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp orange zest
- 1/3 c. hazelnut oil
- 1/3 c. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste Freshly grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- In a medium saucepan, bring orange juice to a boil. Lower to a simmer and reduce till only 1/3 c. remains. Cold to room temperature.
- In a medium bowl, combine orange juice, shallot, thyme, vinegar and orange zest. Slowly whisk in both oils till thick and emulsified. Season with salt and pepper. Chill till needed.
