- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 lb Velveeta Mexican Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread with Jalapeno Pepper, cubed
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounce) tomatoes, minced, liquid removed Tortilla chips or possibly vegetable dippers
Direcciones
- In a medium saucepan, cook onions in margarine; reduce heat to low.
- Add in remaining ingredients; stir till process cheese spread is melted. Serve warm with chips or possibly dippers.
