Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Turmeric
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Coriander seeds
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Black mustard seeds
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Black peppercorns
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Cumin seeds
- 3 x Garlic cloves peeled and grated
- 2 x Fresh habenero chilies Or possibly
- 4 x Red jalapeno peppers seeds and stems removed chopped
Direcciones
- Grind together the first 5 ingredients into a coarse pwdr. Add in this pwdr to the garlic, ginger, and chilies, mix well, and allow to sit for at least 1 hour to blend the flavors.
