Receta Curry Turkey Burgers

Ingredientes
- 1 1/3 lb grnd turkey breast (the average weight of 1 package)
- 2 x scallions thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. very finely minced cilantro (optional)
- 1 piece fresh ginger - (1" long) grated or possibly chopped
- 2 x garlic cloves chopped
- 1/2 x red bell pepper finely minced Coarse salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. mild curry paste (preferred brand: Patak's) (or possibly a handful of curry pwdr) Drizzle extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 5 x crusty rolls split Bib or possibly leaf lettuce Sliced vine-ripe tomatoes Mango chutney (preferred brands: Major Grey's or possibly Patak's) Thai Slaw Salad (see recipe) Root vegetable chips (preferred brand: Terra Chips)
Direcciones
- Combine first 8 ingredients and form into 5 patties.
- Brush or possibly drizzle patties with extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil. Grill patties 6 min on each side on indoor electric grill or possibly pan fry for same amount of time in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Pile patties on split crusty rolls with lettuce, tomato, and chutney spread liberally on roll tops as a condiment. Serve curry turkey burgers with Thai Slaw and root vegetable chips.
- This recipe yields 5 burgers.
