Receta Cottage Cheese Biscuits Country Style

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Cottage cheese, sieved
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, softened
- 2 Tbsp. Thin cream
- 2 c. Sifted bread flour
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1/2 tsp Salt A healthy pinch of grnd thyme
- 4 tsp Baking pwdr
Direcciones
- 1. Cream together cottage cheese, butter, egg and cream.
- 2. Combine flour with salt, thyme and baking pwdr.
- 3. Make a hole in the flour mix and dampin the cottage cheese mix.
- 4. Gradually blend starting from the center and bringing down flour mix from edge, making a soft dough.
- 5. Turn out on lightly floured board, knead 30 sec. then roll into 1/2" thickness.
- 6. Cut with floured biscuit cutter and place on ungreased baking sheet.
- 7. Bake at 450 degrees 10-12 minutes.
