Receta Country Club Drive Chicken (Rose Marie's)

Ingredientes
- 5 x apples peeled, cored, and minced
- 1 bn scallions, white and green parts sliced
- 1 lb chicken thighs deboned, skinned, all fat removed, cut into 2" by 2" pcs
- 5 sm slices Swiss cheese
- 1 can Campbell's reduced-fat cream of chicken soup well blended with
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 box Pepperidge Farm Stuffing with Apples and Raisins
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter or possibly margarine
- 1 sm carton apple juice - (the kind kids get in their lunch boxes with attached straws)
Direcciones
- Layer in 3-1/2 qt crockpot in same order as above. Pour soup mix over cheese layer, butter over stuffing and finally juice, making sure which liquid moistens all of the bread.
- Cook on HIGH for 3 1/2 hrs and on LOW for another 1 1/2 hrs.
- You may eat it without anything, but since it makes a wonderful sauce and the stuffing sort of disappears into the dish, it is recommended serving it with plain rice.
