Receta Crab Meat Stuffing

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Crab meat
- 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 3/4 c. Minced celery
- 2 slc Bacon,cut in small pcs
- 1 c. Fresh dry bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Butter Salt and pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- Flake crab meat; add in Large eggs. Fry onion, celery, bacon and bread crumbs in butter; cook over low heat till tender. Mix with crab meat; add in seasonings to taste.
- This stuffing may be used for turkey, chicken, baked green peppers or possibly tomatoes.
