Receta Crab Stuffed Jalapenos

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Butter, melted
- 1/2 c. Onion, minced
- 1/2 c. Celery, minced
- 1/4 c. Garlic, minced
- 12 ounce Fresh Crab Meat
- 1 x Egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp White Pepper
- 1/2 c. Bread Crumbs plus extra for coating
- 10 x Jalapenos, cut in half, seeded & parboiled Vegetable Oil, for frying
Direcciones
- Heat butter in a nonstick skillet and saute/fry minced onion, celery and garlic till softened, about 3 min. Combine in bowl with crab, egg, salt, pepper and bread crumbs, and mix (should stick together). If too dry, add in another egg. Stuff pepper halves liberally. Moisten stuffed peppers by dipping in cold water. Roll in more bread crumbs to coat.
- Deep fry (or possibly fry in skillet) in warm vegetable oil till golden.
