Receta Crab-Stuffed Manicotti

Ingredientes
- 6 manicotti shells
- 1 c. plus 2 T low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 T chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1 can crab meat, well liquid removed
- 1 teaspoon Italian spice
- 1 teaspoon sweet warm mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 T butter
- 4 teaspoon flour
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- Couple dashes bottled warm pepper sauce
Direcciones
- Cook manicotti according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain.Put together cottage cheese, garlic, onion pwdr, crab, Italian spice, mustard, salt and pepper.
- In saucepan heat butter; stir in flour and a dash of salt and pepper. Add in lowfat milk; cook and stir till thick and bubbly. Stir 1 tbsp of sauce into crab mix. Fill each manicotti with crab mix. Place in a 10x6x2 baking dish.
- Stir hot pepper sauce into remaining white sauce. Spoon over manicotti. Cover; bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Top with Parmesan cheese and serve.
