Receta Crab Stuffed Trout

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. deboned rainbow trout
- 1 c. crabmeat
- 1/2 c. onions
- 1/2 c. mushrooms
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 pound bacon
- Grape leaves
- 2 T flour
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- Paprika
- Grnd pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon thyme
Direcciones
- Saute onions, mushrooms, and flour in butter till golden brown. Add in crabmeat to mix and toss. Add in grnd pepper, oregano, and thyme to mix. Stuff trout with mix and fold trout halves together. Wrap trout in grape leaves. Wrap this with bacon totally. Place on aluminum foil into preheated 320 degree oven for 50 to 60 min. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley. Serve with wild rice and steamed broccoli.
