Receta Crawfish Fritters

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Crawfish tails
- 1/4 c. Pimientos -- minced
- 1/4 c. Green onions -- minced
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Liquid crab boil
- 1/2 c. Broth or possibly water Oil for frying
Direcciones
- Add in pimientos and green onions to crawfish. Sift flour, baking soda and salt together and add in to crawfish. Add in broth or possibly water and mix to make a thick batter. Cover and let rest for 1/2 hour. Heat oil. Drop batter by spoonsful and fry till golden. (wrv)
