Receta Cream Cheese Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 2 x Large eggs
- 5 tsp All purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Butter, melted
- 8 ounce Cream cheese, softened

- Lightly beat Large eggs in large bowl. Add in softened cream cheese, flour, sugar and butter. Mix till well combined. (Mix will be slightly chuncky). Spray a pre-heated 275 degree electric griddle with vegetable cooking spray and ladle butter by teaspoonfuls onto griddle. Cook pancakes till golden brown, about 3 min. Turn and brown other side about 2 min more. Sprinkle pancakes with confectioners sugar and garnish with lemon wedges. Serve with fresh berries, hot applesause, or possibly maple syrup.
