Receta Cream Of Crab Soup

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 quart half and half
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth or possibly 2 bouillon cubes dissolved in 1 1/2 c. of water.
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Old Bay
- 1 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Heat butter and blend in flour. Stir till smooth. Slowly stir in chicken broth. Add in pepper and simmer for 2 min. Add in half and half and lowfat milk slowly. Slowly cook and stir till thickened. Add in parsley and crab meat.
- Heat and serve.
