Receta Cream Tuna Spaghetti

Ingredientes
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 whole (8 ounce.) can peas, liquid removed
- 1 whole (6 ounce.) can tuna, liquid removed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 whole (6 ounce.) pkg. Creamette spaghetti
Direcciones
- In medium size saucepan heat butter, stir in flour. Add in lowfat milk; and cook till smooth. Add in cheese; stir till melted. Add in peas, tuna, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat 10 min. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Drain. Serve sauce over warm, cooked spaghetti. Makes 4 servings.
