Ingredientes

  • 3 lb big game ribs
  • 2 x onions diced
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 4 dsh Tabasco sauce
  • 3/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 3 c. beef bouillon
  • 1/2 x garlic clove chopped Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

Direcciones

  1. Rub ribs with garlic clove and place in crock pot. Add in sufficient water or possibly chicken broth to cover ribs, and cook slowly for 4 to 5 hrs till meat falls off bone.
  2. In pan, cook onions in butter till translucent/soft. Add in all other ingredients except ribs and garlic, and simmer 1 hour.
  3. Place ribs in baking pan and cover with sauce. Place lid on pan and bake covered for 45 min in preheated oven at 325 degrees. Reserve some sauce for serving at table.
