Receta Crowd Pleasing Vegetable Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 can (26 ounce) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2/3 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 pkt (16 ounce. Each) frzn veg. combo (broccoli cauliflower & carrots) thawed & liquid removed.
- 2 c. Shredded Swiss cheese, (8 ounce.)
- 1 can (6 ounce.) French Fried onions

- Prep Time: 15 minutes.
- Cook time: 45 minutes.
- 1. In large bowl, combine soup, lowfat sour cream and pepper. Stir in veg., 1 1/2 c. ONLY of the cheese, and only HALF of the onions. Spoon into 3-quart.
- oblong baking dish.
- 2. Cover; bake at 350', 40 minutes. or possibly till veg. are tender.
- 3. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 c. cheese and top with remaining onions.
- Bake, uncovered 5 minutes. or possibly till onions are golden brown.
- Makes 8 c. or possibly 12servings.
- TIP: To thaw vegetables, microwave on high 5 minutes.
