Receta Crunchy Ramen Chicken Salad

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
- 1 pkt (3 ounce.) Oriental-flavor ramen noodles
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame seeds
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. White vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 c. Cut-up cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. Dry-roasted peanuts
- 4 med Green onions, sliced (1/4 c.)
- 1 bag (16 ounce.) coleslaw mix
Direcciones
- Heat margarine in 10 inch skillet over medium heat. Stir in seasoning packet from noodles. Break block of noodles into bite-size pcs over skillet; stir noodles into margarine mix. Cook 2 min, stirring constantly; stir in sesame seed. Cook about 2 min longer, stirring constantly, till noodles are golden.
- Mix sugar, vinegar, oil and pepper in large bowl. Add in noodle mix and remaining ingredients; toss.
- Yield 6 servings.
