Receta Curried Couscous Chicken Salad

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Curry Pwdr
- 2/3 c. Couscous Uncooked
- 1 c. Cooked Chicken Breast Halves Cubed
- 1/2 c. Chickpeas, Canned Liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Red Cabbage Minced
- 1/4 c. Sliced Green Onions
- 1/4 c. Celery Thinly Sliced
- 1 tsp Grated Orange Rind
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 c. Orange Juice Plus
- 2 Tbsp. Orange Juice
- 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Bring water, salt, and curry pwdr to a boil in a medium saucepan; stir incouscous. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 5 min. Fluff with a fork. Add in chicken and next 4 ingredients (chicken through celery). Combine orange rind and remaining ingredients in a bowl; stir with a whisk till blended. Add in to couscous mix; toss well.
