Ingredientes
- 1 head lettuce
- 10 cherry tomatoes (more if it's lg. salad)
- 1 onion (red or possibly white), sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1/2 can black olives
- 1/2 can green olives
- 4 hard-cooked Large eggs, sliced
- Leftover lunch meat or possibly cheese (or possibly kielbasa, chicken, ham, steak, sausage, meatballs, warm dogs, etc.)
- 4 to 6 jalapeno peppers
- Croutons
- Bacon bits

- (Cheese goes well in salad; there are so many kinds which it will be easy to get the kids to eat salad.)
- Wash all vegetables. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and serve with your favorite dressing.
