Receta Curried Fruit Or Hot Fruit Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 (16 ounce.) can apricot halves
- 1 (16 ounce.) can pear halves
- 1 (16 ounce.) can peach halves
- 1 (16-20 ounce.) can pineapple halves
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 sm. jar cherries
- 1/2 c. pecans
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/2 stick butter
Direcciones
- Place liquid removed fruit (save juices) in large casserole. Mix cornstarch with 1 c. fruit juice with butter in saucepan. Add in brown sugar, juice mix and curry pwdr. Stir on low heat till consistency of light cream sauce. Pour over fruit. Add in pecans and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Delicious with ham.
