Receta Daiquiri Balls (No Bake)

Ingredientes
- 1 c. semi sweet chocolate pcs
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 pound vanilla wafers
- Confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 T cocoa
- 1 T each of grated lemon & orange rind
- 2 1/2 T lemon juice
- 1 1/2 T maple syrup
- 1/4 c. rum
- 1 c. finely minced pecans
Direcciones
- Heat chocolate over hot water or possibly in microwave and cool. Add in cream and chill overnight. Form into 54 balls, using 1/2 tsp of mix for each, these will be the centers.Crush wafers, add in 1 cup sugar, the salt, cocoa and fruit rinds. Blend in lemon juice, syrup, rum and pecans. Form balls the size of walnuts around the chocolate centers. Roll in confectioners' sugar. Store air tight. Can be frzn.
