- 1 lb Dates, stoned and finely minced
- 2 c. Unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 x Egg
- 2 c. Lowfat milk Whipping cream
Direcciones
- 1. Sprinkle alternate layers of minced dates and shredded coconut in buttered, 1-qt baking dish.
- 2. Beat egg with lowfat milk and pour over top.
- 3. Bake at 325 till top browns, about 45 min.
- 4. Serve hot with cream.
