- 1 pkt Fresh linguini
- 1 med Sized pack of pine nuts
- 4 x Cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 x Packt fresh basil Extra virgin olive oil to moisten Mixed bag of salad greens Black olives Equal parts of walnut oil and cider vinegar
- 1 x Clove garlic, roughly minced
Direcciones
- Pesto linguini:Add in linguini to boiling water and cook till soft or possibly al dente. Blend the pine nuts with the garlic and basil and moisten with the extra virgin olive oil. Season with black pepper. Strain the linguini and toss in the fresh pesto sauce.
- Green salad and dressing:Serve the mixed green salad with a handful of black olives to taste. Dress with the mix of other ingredients.
